"We used Medway Safety for our Food Hygiene Training Course and we ALL got through the HSE exam as a result. The trainer made the course interesting and fun, we even played a card matching game that involved the knowledge we were taught in the course. You didn't realise you were learning. Steve's style of asking questions and eeking the rigth answers out of his students; worked well for the cross-section of staff we have in our 3sixteen Coffee shop in Rainham. I would recommend them to anyone, excellent service."
